Oslo - Progressive metal band Circus Maximus have toured Europe supporting Symphony X, played the famous Loud Park festival in Japan as well as ProgPower in Atlanta several times.

Their return to their home town of Oslo was marked by a long-awaited concert on the 8th May 2018 at the “Rockefeller Music Hall” where Carl August Tidemann, long-time fan, friend of the band and sales manager of PROSTAGE ( Norway’s fastest growing audio, lighting and stage technology company, awarded the “Gazelle” prize 5 years running by Norway’s leading financial newspaper) took this opportunity to showcase new Prolights products.

As well as a new “state of the art” showroom, modern sales offices and increased warehouse space, Prostage has a dedicated staff of 9 people eager to grow further in a competitive marketplace serving rental companies, AV integrators, theatres, live venues and broadcasters.

Circus Maximus Lighting designer Michael Melbye wanted to take full advantage of this opportunity and create a massive show with an impressive floor pack in addition to the venue lighting setup. “Working with Prostage for this show was great. I have worked with several Prolights products in the past, so I know the level of quality and performance is high. It was great to work with some of the new models and I must say that given the weather in Norway, I am pretty sure Prostage have a hit with the new IP range of moving fixtures. The Ra 3000 was an impressive piece of art”.
